Treatment By Design will utilise a multi disciplinary team approach consisting of CYC’s, nurses, teachers, social workers, and doctors. Some of these professionals will be a permanent part of the treatment by design team while others will be available on a consulting basis. All treatment plans will be created to fit each individual and their lifestyle during and even after treatment. Plans can also be coordinated with other community agencies in order to provide the best care possible. Staff will utilize a variety of treatment options such as CBT, ABA solution focus counseling as well as milieu therapy. Treatment By Design will provide programs in an environment that will ensure the skills necessary for each client to succeed.
